Meet the team
Erica Sosna is a career consultant expert, a published author in the field, TEDx Speaker and an authority on the subject of career matters. She is Prince 2 and Agile qualified, has expertise in the Leadership Effectiveness Training Model and a Diploma in Coaching. She is a professional member of the Association for Coaching and frequently trains others coaches in her career method.
Remi is a challenging and inspiring career coach. Remi began her career at Goldman Sachs, working on Initial Public Offerings and was recognised as one of the City’s Top experts under 30. After that, Remi turned her attention to helping others succeed. In 2014, Remi was also selected to be part of the BBC's BAME Expert Voices (Black & Asian Media Experts).
Naina founded and sold a recruitment agency so she knows all about how to get the perfect job. She is now a practical and fun facilitator with genuine expertise in career transitions and practical management development.
Nina's range as a career coach and facilitator has developed over the past ten years. Nina also coaches young people in some of London’s most challenging prisons as part of a leadership and career development programme. Nina has a degree in Applied Human Communication, trained with The Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the ICF.
Oana runs our digital marketing department. Her background comes from good old-fashioned advertising and a life-degree in creating and managing small, but brave businesses. Like any other good digital marketer her campaigns are informed by the latest best practice. She loves doing digital work that matters.
